Auto-pauses after 3 missed days. If life gets in the way, we stop charging you automatically. No runaway fees. Resume whenever you're ready.
Cancel anytime. No cancellation fee. No questions asked. No guilt. Walk away whenever you want — and come back whenever you want.
You set the fee. Choose between $1 and $20. Pick an amount that stings enough to motivate you, but won't ruin your week if you slip once.
Contest any charge. Legitimate emergency? Family crisis? Technical issue? Contest it within 7 days and we'll review it fairly.
60-second undo. Tapped YES too early? You have 60 seconds to take it back. After that, your word is your bond.

Cancel anytime from Settings in the app, or via the cancellation link in any receipt email. No fee, no questions.
We never see your tasks. The app only knows whether you tapped YES or not. Your plan is entirely yours.
Real stakes are the entire mechanism. Apps that offered free trials saw near-zero long-term habit formation. The money is what makes it work from day one.
If you miss 3 consecutive days, your commitment is automatically paused to prevent runaway charges. You'll be notified and can resume whenever you're ready.
The charge becomes a locked debt on your account. You won't be able to check in until the debt is settled. Update your card in Settings to resolve it.
